Nicole Young, ex-Dr. Dre, denied restraining order

A judge denied a restraining order filed by Nicole Young against her ex-husband, Dr. Dre, after a song released by the rapper made her fear for her safety.

Young, 51, called for the domestic violence emergency order against his ex, 56, after he released a song last month in which he referred to her as a ‘greedy bitch’ and a ‘perpetrator’, according to TMZ .

Young says that while none of this is new, she is now concerned for her safety after the song’s release, and claims ‘he has raised the stakes and is now openly threatening me to keep my mouth shut or else.’

Dre talks about a health crisis in the newly released music, which is a collaboration with KXNG Crooked and DJ Silk.

‘I see you trying to fuck me while I’m in surgery, on the deathbed of the ICU because of some money,’ he sings. ‘Greedy b ****, take a picture, girl you know how money makes’, is also sung.

Although Young believed that the new song and its previous allegations of marital support justified the order, the judge finally denied his request due to ‘insufficient evidence’.

Responding to her claims, Dre insisted that the only time he saw Young since his divorce was when she visited him at the hospital after his brain aneurysm in January 2021.

In addition, Dre insists that he had no contact with her and denied all of her allegations of abuse.

Since she filed her claims, he ‘realized that he had no idea who the woman he was married to and did not want to have anything to do with her’.

Since Nicole filed for divorce in June last year, their separation has become increasingly controversial.

In October, Dre accused his wife of criminal conduct by ’embezzling’ more than $ 350,000 from one of his bank accounts.

In January, DailyMail.com revealed that Nicole filed documents in court accusing Dre of violent and emotional abuse during her 24-year marriage.

The music tycoon aimed a gun at her head, punched her in the face and threw her against the wall, lifting her by the neck, she declared.

Shortly after his blunt statement to the court, Nicole’s legal team met with Dr. Dre’s lawyers and the end result was that Dre – allegedly still in his hospital bed after suffering a brain aneurysm – signed an agreement to pay Nicole a total amount of $ 2 million in temporary support until April.

Dre was paying Nicole $ 293,000 a month in support, but she is asking the court to force him to pay her nearly $ 2 million a month, plus another $ 5 million for attorney fees.

Nicole – who stated in legal documents that Dre has more than $ 260 million in cash and shares in Apple – says she has a right to continue the luxurious lifestyle she had as Mrs. Andre Young – which she said cost about US $ 2.3 million per month.

Michel’le, who dated Dre in the 1990s, repeatedly accused him of physical abuse, which he denied in 2016, while threatening to sue during a Lifetime film on the subject. TV presenter Dee Barnes also wrote that he hit her at a party in 1991.
