Now we have more details about the messy divorce battle between Dr. Dre and Nicole Young.

According to TMZ, the hip-hop mogul recently entered into a pre-nuptial agreement that his ex-wife says is no longer valid. The document states that all properties acquired during the wedding are separate, meaning that they will leave with everything they received or purchased individually in the past 14 years. However, the prenuptial agreement also states that Young does not waive child support rights – a detail that suggests that she will receive a heavy payment. But is it the $ 2 million monthly payments she’s looking for? Only time will tell.

TMZ reports that Dre called Young’s alimony claim “ridiculous” and consulted an accountant who estimates Young’s monthly expenses at around $ 300,000. His lawyer, Laura Wasser, also claims that Dre has been covering Young’s accounts since they split up; this includes paying for your security and the Malibu property where she is staying. TMZ also reports that whenever Young needs money, Dre will send a courier to deliver the money directly.

There is also a dispute over Young’s legal fees. Dre reportedly paid nearly half a million dollars to his wife’s lawyers, but she says she needs $ 5 million, while her lawyers say they owe $ 1.5 million. According to the documents, Dre says he paid more money to Young’s legal team than his own.

Shortly after the divorce petition, Young claimed that she and Dre never had a prenuptial agreement. Later, she clarified that she signed one, but Dre tore it up, which made it null and void. But according to the newly presented prenuptial agreement, the only way to amend or terminate it is in writing, and there is currently no evidence that this is the case.
