The PlayStation may have accidentally leaked a PS5 game

The PlayStation may have accidentally leaked a PS5 game. 2021 will be a great year for PlayStation 5. Sony has a few exclusive games scheduled, many of which are still scheduled to launch this year, including God of War Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, Returnal, Gran Turismo 7, Deathloop, GhostWire Tokyo, Ratchet & Clank: A Rift Apartand Final Fantasy 16. Of course, some of these games may be delayed, but they will be reinforced with many notable cross-platform releases, such as Dying Light 2, Far Cry 6, Back 4 Bloodand Resident Evil Village. The latest generation version of Cyberpunk 2077 it is also scheduled for release later this year. Again, 2021 looks set to be a great year for the PS5, and a new leak suggests that PlayStation players can now add another game to the list, although some have already played it on PS4.

On Reddit, a PS5 user recently revealed that when they downloaded Crash Team Racing powered by nitro, they were presented with two PlayStation Store links: one for a PS4 version of the game and one for a PS5 version of the game. Why is this remarkable? Because there is no PS5 version of the game.

Now, this could be a bug. The PS5 has certainly had many of them since it launched in November. However, this may also indicate that not only is a PS5 version of the game being prepared, it will also be released soon.

For what it’s worth, there are rumors that Activision is planning to release the game on the PS5 along with many updates, but for now, those are just rumors. And like rumors, everything here must be seen with a grain of salt.

At the time of publication, no parties involved – Sony or Activision – commented on this possible leak. If that changes – it probably won’t change – we’ll be sure to update the story with what is provided.
