The musical event “Ratatouille” by TikTok announced its star-studded cast for a charity show that will feature content created and selected by TikTokers.
“Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical” – affectionately nicknamed “Ratatousical” – will start airing on Friday for 72 hours. Tickets are on sale exclusively at TodayTix.com and cost $ 5. The proceeds will benefit the Actors Fund, which helps workers in the entertainment industry.
On Monday, roles for talent such as Tituss Burgess, Adam Lambert, Wayne Brady, André De Shields and Ashley Park were announced.
It is the product of several minds – many musical theater fans and unemployed artists – who collaborated on original songs, lyrics and ideas to transform an animated, non-musical film into a two-act Broadway-style show.
‘HAMILTON’ MAY BE THE FIRST SHOW TO REOPEN THE BROADWAY: REPORT
The story for cinema and music revolves around Remy, an ambitious mouse who dreams of becoming a Parisian chef. Burgess will play Remy, Lambert will play his older brother, Emile, and Brady will play his father. Tony Award winner De Shields plays food critic Anton Ego, Kevin Chamberlin plays great chef Gusteau and Andrew Barth Feldman plays Gusteau’s “nephew” Linguini.

The attraction, inspired by the Disney movie “Ratatouille”, is a gloomy ride that takes the “comic mouse view” of Remy’s world.
