The great Arian Foster of the ex-Texan, close to shooting at the organization: ‘They really didn’t give a shit’

Former Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson attacked the organization two weeks ago and defended Texas quarterback Deshaun Watson while shooting directly at Jack Easterby, the football operations executive amid rumors involving the team franchise QB.

“If I go @deshaunwatson, I will stand my ground,” wrote Johnson at the time. “The Texans organization has been known to waste the careers of players. Since Jack Easterby entered the building, nothing good has happened to / for the organization and for some reason someone can’t seem to see what’s going on. Pathetic !!!”

Now, two weeks later, another great player who used to play for the franchise decided it was his turn to try the organization. Running back Arian Foster, who is the rusher leader (6,472 yards) in the franchise’s history, spoke about the team and how they treated the famous players badly.

“I know the organization had its problems bringing in free agents, which I never really understood,” said Foster during an appearance on “Jewels and juice“podcast”. They have difficulties communicating with the players. I always thought that about the NFL in general, but my experience with Houston is that they really didn’t give a damn how you felt and what you said. It was like ‘you do what we say’. And this is another variable because I was disconnected from the victories and defeats s – t.

DESHAUN WATSON WANTS NO WANTS WHO THE NEXT TEXANS COACH IS: REPORT

“It was like, you won’t give a damn about my opinion. Maybe three coaches – tops – played at this level, [the others] only [have] has been around the game, “continued Foster.” And then how the hell can you not have the opinion of the people who are doing this at a high level, who is in it? I never understood that s – t. And then, once you realize that you’re just a chess piece, then to me, it was like, ‘okay, I’m just going to do what I can … I’m going to play hard … do my thing … take care of my debts … but I’m here for a purpose. ‘”

At the moment, Texans are the only NFL team without a coach and, even if they decide to hire Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy as Bill O’Brien’s successor, Watson is still supposed to have nothing to do with the franchise.

TEXANS GREAT ANDRE JOHNSON BLASTS ORGANIZATION IN DESHAUN WATSON TRADE RUMORS

Originally, Watson reportedly wanted Texans to ask for his opinion on the open positions of general manager and head coach, but team owner Cal McNair went ahead and hired Nick Caserio of the New England Patriots for the opening of general manager.

No matter who Texans hire next, it won’t change Watson’s mind and hopefully he still wants to leave, ESPN reported.

As business rumors continue to circulate around Watson since news broke that he was unhappy, the New York Jets appeared to have become a real contender for one of the best defenders in all of football.

Watson ended the 2020 NFL season with a league record of 4,823 passing yards to go along with 33 touchdowns and seven interceptions, the lowest of his career. The Texans, however, finished with a 4-12 record and were bottoming out at AFC South.
