Wow, I didn’t miss so many of those people. Women Tell All may be a hit or miss, but in the Mean Girl seasons, it basically results in them trying to justify their horrible behavior on national TV. And you know that there was no lack of horrible behavior this season: a mere half hour on Women Tell All, and I was already exhausted. In an hour, I couldn’t believe we were only halfway there. Even Chris Harrison described the meeting as “very emotional, very heated”.

Almost immediately after the gate, the Mean Girl squad proved they had learned nothing – especially Victoria. You can’t blame Katie for causing toxicity in the house just because she pointed it out, Chelsea! That house was as toxic as a ditch, and if you didn’t see it, it was probably part of the problem. God bless Katie for continuing to use her weapons throughout the process. Chelsea, I am disappointed in you.

At least Anna apologized to Brittany and said she had no justification for spreading a false rumor about her – and rightly so, because there is nothing in the world that could fix that. Just going through that situation again only served to highlight how horrible this show can be: Thanks Brittany for saying that there is nothing wrong with the sex industry, but there is definitely something wrong with lying about it.

Unlike Anna, Victoria’s excuses were less than convincing. It is a total nuisance of mine to accuse someone of being “oversensitive” for being offended by something you said to them. You know what, if something you said hurts someone, then it’s painful. Victoria got a little bit of scolding from the other girls, but not as much as she deserved. And a lot less than Katie, which just doesn’t make sense.

Realizing that watching these women fight for 120 minutes would be even more exhausting, the producers showed a number of unseen activities that were actually much more fun than what they showed in normal episodes. I think they had to make room for the whole drama, but they would rather see these women having fun together than making fun of each other all the time. Although getting them to put their hand in an insect box to get an engagement ring was a bit degrading.

But that seems to be the main point, I think. The whole thing is degrading. When Matt finally leaves with 30 minutes of game remaining (not a beard fan, by the way), he apologized too much (to Victoria, of all people) and the other Mean Girls about his hideous behavior. Of course, I find it difficult to be on a reality show. But there is no reason to curse while you are there. Matt looks like a very nice guy, but throughout the season, for the most part, his refusal to take a position has been problematic.

Except … he took one Last week with his Instagram statement against the show. And it has now been announced recently that former NFL star Emmanuel I think will host the After The Final Rose event. Considering everything that has happened since the show ended, depending on who Matt ended up with, what episode must be interesting. Unlike WTA, which managed to be horrible and boring, a real feat!

Missed observations

  • “Previously recorded on February 4, 2021,” that is, five days before Chris Harrison spoke to Rachel Lindsay in Extra.
  • Oh, hey Victoria, why didn’t you ask those one-off questions about the validity of Anna’s rumor when she first told you?
  • Abigail definitely deserved better, and Matt still looks like he has feelings for Serena P.
  • I couldn’t care less that MJ is afraid of birds!
  • annoyance = not a word
  • Too late Serena C., everyone has seen what you have done.
  • Victoria: “I learned a lot.” For example, how to use an concealer under the eyes effectively. And to use crocodile tears.
  • Bad move on bloopers to show fun scenes like one with Tayshia and Jojo that didn’t even air. Because watching people run away from bees is boring.
  • I can’t help but wish they had announced that Katie was the new Bachelorette at the end, just to see the expressions on the faces of Victoria et al.
  • Next week: See you in the fantasy suites, folks.
