Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs was arrested and charged with DUI in Las Vegas on Monday morning, according to Paul Gutierrez from ESPN.

Police responded to a car accident in the McCarran Airport connecting tunnel at 4:42 am local time, and Jacobs was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

According Kevin bolinger from Fox 5, he was released from custody and has a hearing scheduled for March 8.

The crash came after the Raiders completed their season with a 32-31 victory over the Denver Broncos on Sunday at Empower Field at Mile High. Jacobs ran for 89 yards with two touchdowns to help the team finish 8-8.

The choice of the first round of 2019 ended the year with 1,065 running yards and 12 touchdowns, his second consecutive season with at least 1,000 yards. His production was also enough to win his first Pro Bowl career selection.

If found guilty, Jacobs could face an NFL suspension in 2021 for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.
