Nick Carter’s wife Lauren didn’t know she was pregnant for more than 5 months

Nick Carter and his wife, Lauren Kitt, were ecstatic and surprised to learn that they are expecting a third child.

The Backstreet Boys star and his wife have suffered several miscarriages over the years and did not think that having another baby was a possibility.

“I was determined to have only two children and I prepared for it and made the arrangements for it,” Kitt, 37, told People magazine. “We were going to have two children and it was a surprise. I didn’t find out I was pregnant until about five and a half months pregnant.”

“I had no symptoms, I had nothing to indicate that I was pregnant. One day, I simply felt something move in my body and said, ‘Nick, there is something wrong. I think I need to go to the doctor. Something is wrong with me.’ I shouldn’t have any more children, so I never imagined I was pregnant, “she explained.
