The 34 year old Full house child star turned stylist was photographed with a man The Daily Mail and other establishments identified as John Cooper, CEO of the financial news analyst agency Brightwire, at a restaurant in New York City on Friday, February 26. The two dined with friends outdoors at the Greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos.
Mary-Kate wore a black jacket, matching booties and a wool hat, the last one she later took off. She combined the look with cuff earrings.
Mary-Kate was all smiles during the ride. She sat next to John and was also seen drinking white wine in the restaurant, known for its seafood dishes. Neither the star nor the businessman commented on the dinner or each other.
The tour takes place a month after she and her ex-husband Olivier Sarkozy, a French banker, finalized his divorce in a New York court after reaching a settlement.

Mary-Kate filed the papers last May to end the marriage, also requesting that the prenuptial agreement be honored. She and Olivier were quietly married in 2015 in New York City, where they live. The wedding was said to have taken place in a private residence for about 50 guests.
Mary-Kate, who is notoriously general, was occasionally photographed alone in New York City in the past few weeks after news of her divorce. In December, she and her twin sister, frequent former star and co-founder of fashion brand The Row Ashley Olsen made a rare joint appearance when they were seen having dinner together at a different restaurant in town.
