Mary-Kate Olsen finally settled her divorce with ex-husband Olivier Sarkozy.
The ex-duo’s lawyers appeared virtually in front of a Manhattan judge on Wednesday and made their decisions, adding that they hope to have a signed copy of the division agreement for the court next week, according to Page Six.
“This morning, we reached a final settlement,” Sarkozy’s lawyer, Michael Mosberg, told a judge during a video hearing at the Manhattan Supreme Court.
Judge Lori Sattler asked Olsen’s lawyer, Nancy Chemtob, if she agreed, to which Chemtob replied: “Yes, Your Honor, that is correct, everything is settled. We have worked hard. We have an agreement.”

Olsen, 34, who applied to break up her marriage to the French banker in May, appeared on the video feed wearing a black turtleneck while lawyers for the respective parties proceeded with the formalities.
Olsen missed an offer on his emergency divorce filing amid the coronavirus pandemic in May. New York City judge Michael Katz denied the request, saying the matter was not “essential” by nature and therefore the couple had to follow appropriate channels to resolve their marital dispute.

“Currently, we are accepting only essential emergency issues for filing,” a New York court spokesman said in a statement to Fox News at the time. “The original request was rejected by the New York County clerk because they did not follow the essential matter procedure.
“They remade themselves under the essential matter procedure and the matter was referred to the ex-parte judge, a New York State Supreme Court judge,” the note continued. “He determined that it is not an essential issue, so they cannot file anything at this point.”

Olsen was looking to speed up the process after she claimed that Sarkozy terminated the rent on the New York apartment they shared and sent a notice to Olsen that she needed to vacate by May 18.

At the time, page Six reported that Olsen stated in his lawsuit: “I am petrified that my husband is trying to deprive me of the house we live in and if he succeeds, not only will I lose my home, but I risk losing my home. personal property, too. “
Amid the divorce, Olsen moved to a $ 325,000 rental from the Hamptons for the summer.
Sattler pressured lawyers to finalize the deal, the vehicle said.

“Until I actually see the evidence, I’m going to put your feet on the fire a little bit,” said the lawyer, according to page six. “I trust and believe that this is happening, however, I will maintain control of the case to ensure that this is done and to divorce them.”
The duo’s lawyers did not immediately respond to Fox News’s requests for comment.
