Amid Kim Kardashian’s divorce from Kanye West, Kris Jenner sat down for an interview at Ellen to offer an update on how your daughter is doing.
Kim filed for divorce from Kanye last month, after almost seven years of marriage. Sources indicated that the division was “friendly” and that they will have joint custody of their four children. The divorce comes after a particularly turbulent year for the couple, especially at the time of Kanye’s ill-fated candidacy for president. Ellen DeGeneres did not ask about the divorce directly, but asked how Kim is dealing with this particularly difficult period for her and her children with ‘Ye.
“Kim is fine. She’s fine, ”Kris replied. “She is really busy, working on all of the different projects she’s doing, and I don’t know how she does it, with everyone [my] grandchildren. She has a lot of energy, that child. “Recent reports have indicated that Kim has expressed concern that Kanye is” having another episode “, as he allegedly gave her silent treatment after she filed for divorce. Despite this, it seems that although she is not letting it get in the way his law studies.
Just as Kanye is focused on his next collection with Gap, Kim has been focusing on his passion for law. “She’s so focused and she’s so, like, she’s in love with everything and everything she represents, and I see her studying … it’s on her agenda every day when I get all the schedules for the kids,” Kris Jenner continued. “Her study time is all blocked, so nothing else can get in the way. I’m so proud of her … I think it’s a great motivation for her, you know, to have her father do what he did. She always admired her father, and that was his idol. “
Elsewhere during the conversation, Jenner mentioned Khloé Kardashian’s family plans with Tristan Thompson. “I mean, I think it’s so good that they want to do it again and have a brother for True,” she said, commenting on how the couple made embryos. “Because there is nothing better than a big family and brothers and sisters, and that is just my heart. So, I am very happy. I just want them to be happy. And True will be very excited.”
