The iconic Hollywood sign has undergone a makeover, and while what happened is technically a crime … it can be worth supporting a good cause.
Police sources tell TMZ … 6 people were arrested for changing the sign to read “Hollyboob” on Monday. We were informed that the police were notified of what was going on and tracked the group down as they went down the hill and arrested them.

Our sources say that the group – which we learned includes the model Julia Rose – told police that they did this to raise awareness about breast cancer … but they will also be cited for trespassing before being released.
Julia – which is not strange acrobatics related to the breast – is currently with the Hollywood police being prosecuted. We also have a video of her being handcuffed.

The moment of the feat is interesting. As you may know … Breast cancer awareness month is October, so it looks like these people are several months early.
But on the other hand, February is National Cancer Prevention Month, so as we said … it’s a crime, but it’s also a good reminder to get tested regularly.
