A California man furious that Wingstop reportedly messed up his chicken wings order twice was filmed throwing the cash register out the window when he failed to get his order refunded online.
The video, posted on TikTok on Tuesday by Tharon Trujillo, shows the unidentified man tearing the cash register off the counter at a Wingstop location in Antelope and throwing it on the floor twice before throwing it out the window.
‘I don’t want the food. I do not wanna wait. I don’t have time to wait for the food again. OK, now what are we going to do? the man says in the video.
An employee replies: ‘Either you have the food redone and continue with your day and stop yelling at my other manager, because that, no, is unnecessary.’

A man was caught on video arguing with employees at a stop in California over an unsuccessful request
The unidentified man then grabbed the cash register from the counter while shocked employees watched
The man then grabs the cash register and throws it on the floor before throwing it out the window and leaving the store. The video seems to censor the man, letting out a wave of profanity.
The Wingstop manager told KOVR that the man claimed he had no wings and that refunds are not allowed under the company’s online ordering policy.
Trujillo told the establishment that he heard the angry customer claim that he received the wrong order twice.
‘I was telling him to calm down. I said, ‘you don’t want to go to jail, you don’t want to go to jail,’ said Trujillo.
He added: ‘Definitely, when I saw this, I was a little shaken, they were definitely shaken, the women behind were definitely shaken, and they said, like, thanks for staying. It is definitely not what you see every day. ‘
It was unclear what the man had asked for and how much he was trying to get reimbursed. DailyMail.com contacted Wingstop for additional information and comments.
For reference, a large 10-piece wing combo costs $ 14.19 at the Antelope store, according to the Wingstop website’s online ordering system.

But the man may now have to pay thousands of dollars for the unsuccessful order.
The store manager told KOVR that replacing the broken cash register will cost about $ 6,000 and that the store is awaiting a quote to repair the window.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office told the media that vandalism with damages above $ 950 is considered a crime and the incident qualifies them to issue a felony warrant.
The Wingstop site is in the process of filing a damage report. No injuries were reported.
