Burden Izanagi is already one of the strangest exotics in Destiny 2. It is a sniper rifle that looks like a cross between a sword and an IUD. But with Season of the Chosen, Bungie added an Exotic ornament that turns Izanagi’s Burden into Cloud’s Strife’s infamous Sword Buster. Final Fantasy 7 – or at least something similar.
Bungie did some silly things like that in the past. We have emotes that allow the Guardians to merge as Dragon Ball Zand a miniature Sparrow that looks more like a Scooty Puff Jr. than Futurama than a Guardian space motorcycle. But Buster Sword Izanagi’s Burden (called the Ornament of the Creator of Worlds) made me cry with laughter the first time I saw him.
In the image above, you can see the barrel replaced by a broad dark gray sword. The scope sits just above a chain connecting the blade to the handle, which matches perfectly Final fantasyexclusive fashion with zipper / chain. It’s not exactly shaped like a Buster Sword box cutter, but the chain makes the ornament a very clear homage in my opinion.

Burden Izanagi is a powerful sniper that allows Guardians to hit four bullets in a superpowered super bullet. It is commonly used in some of Destiny 2more difficult activities. But now the Guardians can equip the new Buster Sword skin to make this strange weapon even stranger.
It reigns and is at the same time one of the funniest and coolest exotic ornaments that Bungie has ever made for a weapon. He is currently in the game’s Eververse store for the real money coin, Silver. It runs players with 700 Silver, or about $ 6.99 in real money. But it is possible that Bungie will sell the ornament for the game’s freemium coin, Bright Dust, later in the season.
