A young Australian woman who battled “severe” cystic acne for five years revealed how she cleaned her skin in six months with the help of three “miracle” products.
Monique exchanged all the ‘expensive’ skin care that she used to trust and replaced her moisturizers and serums with three products from the Australian line of internal beauty The Beauty Chef – with incredible results.
“I suffered from severe cystic acne for five years, but when I changed my diet to include three products, everything changed,” said Monique.

“I took Beauty Chef’s collagen supplement once a day, Cleanse powder in my smoothies and Glow powder throughout the week.
‘I cut out all my expensive (very expensive) skin care, it was totally natural and I can’t believe the difference.’
Beauty Chef was founded in 2009 by Carla Oates of Sydney, after Carla cured her own family’s skin problems and discovered that beautiful, glowing skin starts with a healthy gut.
Glow Inner Beauty Powder ($ 65) is a daily beauty powder made up of 18 certified organic whole foods, including fermented maqui berries, garnet queen plum and pomegranate fruit extract, vitamin C and zinc – all which do wonders for the skin.
The other two products Monique believes are Collagen Inner Beauty Boost ($ 45) and Cleanse Inner Beauty Essential ($ 65).
Cleanse is an alkalinizing super-vegetable supplement rich in digestive enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics, while collagen is a vegan drink concentrated with vitamin C.
It can be mixed with water and enjoyed hot or cold.

Monique is not the only one to succeed with The Beauty Chef.
Dozens of other people shared photos on Facebook and Instagram to show how the brand’s products solved their lingering skin problems.
The reviews on The Beauty Chef’s website are also enthusiastic.
“I have been doing this combination for two years and I know that they contribute to my health and well-being inside and outside,” posted a woman.
‘I am often asked how I maintain my’ shine ‘and these products are a key element in this. Big fan!’
Another added: ‘These products have an immediate effect. I love the look of my skin, hair and nails’.

Carla (pictured) started preparing ‘lacto-fermented foods’ for her daughter at home and quickly realized ‘a big difference’ in her general well-being
Carla Oates got the famous idea from The Beauty Chef when her daughter started battling chronic eczema a decade ago.
She started preparing ‘lacto-fermented foods’ for her daughter at home and quickly realized ‘a big difference’ in her general well-being.
The Beauty Chef business has emerged from here – a business that comprises not only serums, balms and lotions, but powders that you mix with water or put into smoothies.
The powders are packed with superfood ingredients, such as macqui berries, zinc and grape skins rich in antioxidants, which help in internal and external health:
“Our gut is where 70 percent of our immune system resides, where we metabolize hormones, neutralize pathogens, produce detoxifying enzymes and where we produce nutrients,” said Carla previously to FEMAIL.
‘A lot of what goes into our digestive system can impact our skin.’
Beauty Chef is now available on Net-a-Porter, Free People, Selfridges, Goop and Anthropologie – among others.
