World of Tanks finally rolling to Steam with PC Crossplay, but saves don’t transfer

World of Tanks is finally coming to Steam later this year. Sure, World of Tanks has been available for PC since its launch in 2010, but until now, you had to play through Wargaming’s custom launcher. The Steam version of World of Tanks will crossplay with the original PC version, although saves will not be transferred. In other words, this is more for new players than for those who already have an account. The latest World of Tanks update, version 1.11.1, added new Italian tanks and some updates to the Platoon system – check out the trailer below to get an idea of ​​what the game looks like today.
