The NFL recently announced she will team up with social media giant TikTok to deliver the TikTok Tailgate – a unique pre-game experience for “7,500 vaccinated health heroes” before the 2021 Super Bowl.
In addition to the groundbreaking announcement, the pre-game special event will be spearheaded by pop sensation Miley Cyrus.
The unprecedented movement in a world affected by the coronavirus has sent shock waves across all sports and entertainment. TikTok Tailgate will serve as a pre-game treatment for the 7,500 invited health professionals, who will receive free entry courtesy of the NFL.
In addition, the NFL announced that an additional 14,500 fans will complete the audience for the Super Bowl LV, for a total of 22,000 fans.

“These dedicated health professionals continue to put their own lives at risk to serve others, and we owe them our continued gratitude,” said NFL commissioner Roger Goodell in an official announcement. “We hope in a small way that this initiative will inspire our country and recognize these true American heroes. This is also an opportunity to promote the importance of vaccination and appropriate health practices, including wearing masks in public settings ”.
Cyrus went to social media to announce her performance, noting that she “can’t wait” to perform live for health professionals before the big game.

“I’ll be there for TIKTOK TAILGATE! I can’t wait to give the NFL guests of honor a show before the game … Healthcare professionals from Tampa and across the country!” the 28-year-old star wrote on Instagram to announce the news.

Parts of Cyrus’ performance will be televised on the game’s main broadcast on CBS before the big game. The entire show can be seen on the popular video sharing app. In addition, the organization promises that the TikTok Tailgate show will offer a special surprise from the NFL, TikTok celebrities and musical guests to join the singer.

The TikTok Tailgate and the 2021 Super Bowl will take place live at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay on Sunday, February 7.
