Tom Brady sends autographed shirt to Chase Young with the inscription “Go Blue”

Michigan blood or not, you have to respect what Tom Brady did in the NFL and how he came out of it. Chase Young, a former Ohio state and current Washington defensive side, won the league (as we knew he would) and was caught on camera saying he wanted Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a playoff match in the first round. The Tampa Bay quarterback realized this, but he didn’t give much importance to the whole thing – after all, it’s not his first rodeo.

Either way, be careful what you ask for. Young got his wish and Brady burned Washington’s defense 381 yards and two touchdowns in Bucs’s 31-23 win to send Young and his teammates home during the year.

Afterwards, the two were captured meeting in the midfield, where they exchanged pleasantries as fighters do after a highly disputed game. Young was not impetuous and asked for Brady’s shirt on his back, to which Brady replied, “I’ll send it to you.”

Well, we’re here to report that Brady kept his word. According to a tweet from B / R Gridiron, Young received the shirt signed with “Chase, good luck” and, of course, a “Go Blue” to finish.

Michigan may have gotten the better of this clash with the state of Ohio, but it’s worth mentioning that time is still running out for the Wolverines to get anywhere near the Buckeyes in a real, live college game.
