P-Bandai created a Pokémon Gengar cushion, allowing owners to extend their tongue and use it as a pillow.
The exclusive plush was made available exclusively in Japan and is already sold out with orders that must be shipped in June. Priced at $ 250USD, the exclusive item doubled not just as a character plush, but as a folding bed.

In the Pokémon tradition, Gengar has an extremely long tongue, which can be used to attack enemies. In the spirit of following the character’s tradition, the plushie also has the said language, rolling to about 170 cm.
The announcement of the plush Gengar encourages owners to use their tongue as an makeshift camp bed, placing their heads inside the Pokémon’s mouth to rest. Not only can it be used as a bed, but the product page also shows demonstrations of being used as a headrest at a table or as a companion.
Twitter reacted to the unusual item, wondering who would actually use the Pokémon as a bed. Content creator Stealth40k asked, “Who would really sleep like that?” Others joke about having a hard day and sticking their heads in Gengar’s mouth as a relief.
The only way I can sleep like this is if I stay awake for a week without stopping and if I close my eyes once, I would pass out. Otherwise, this is not conducive to sleep. And as soon as you fall asleep, your face will likely destroy the table.

The Pokémon Company sparked a year of celebration, with several announcements in progress to mark the brand’s 25th anniversary.
Some of this year’s upcoming releases include a new Pokémon Snap emerging for the Nintendo Switch after its announcement last year (2020).
There are also many rumors that Pokémon Diamond and Pearl could be getting remakes to celebrate the franchise’s anniversary.
