A married UK teacher had sex with a 15-year-old student at the entrance to her family’s home, a court heard.
Kandice Barber, 35, is accused of having sex with the child three times – including straddling his car, having sex in a field and having sex with him in the forest in 2018.
In addition to hearing about the professor’s alleged public sex acts, the Amersham Court was informed that Barber posed naked on a bed – on all fours – so that the teenager could take pictures of her from behind, Sun reported.
The boy then showed his colleagues images of the butt and a selfie taken by Barber in the shower, according to the outlet.
One of his friends testified on Wednesday that the boy had told him that he had had sex with Barber.
Defense attorney Nadia Chbat asked his friend how the boy had mentioned the alleged prank.
“He said, ‘I had sex with her,'” said the witness, using British slang for sex, Sun reported.
The friend, however, only began to believe the boy’s claims when Barber came to see him play football at school in Buckinghamshire.
Another friend said that during the class, a selfie in the shower showing Barber’s face, as well as the photo of the bed, was shown.
“It’s like they’re having sex,” he said in court. “I can’t see you, I can only see that she is lying on the bed and her knees are bent, as if you were doing a push-up, but with her knees bent.”
He added: “I could see her ass, she was lying on her back, and I could see her hair and her face. He was like, ‘I got this.’ I was a little shocked because he told me before they were talking, but I kind of thought it was a fantasy, to be with the teacher, but I didn’t believe it ”.
The jury learned that Barber had already been convicted of sending the boy a video of her pleasuring herself surrounded by sex toys, Sun reported.
On Tuesday, she told the court that, at 1.5 meters tall, she was “too short” to have sex with him.
She denied three charges of causing or inciting a child under the age of 16 to engage in sexual intercourse and one charge of sexual communication with a child.
Barber also denied an accusation of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity while in a position of trust, and an accusation of causing a child to attend a person’s sexual act in a position of trust.
