The leak of Apple’s third generation AirPods reveals new design and ANC support

Apple has a very successful line of AirPods with real wireless headsets, which have now become one of the company’s best-selling products. To keep pace, the company is preparing to launch the third generation model of AirPods.

Now, supposed photos of the AirPods 3 have surfaced online, which shows that we will have a new design for the headphones. The leaked images show that the next AirPods will have a flat edge with a slight change in the positioning of the device’s sensors.

In line with previous rumors, the Apple AirPods 3 will have a shorter stem and will come with support for replaceable ear tips, similar to what we saw with the company’s AirPods Pro.

The 52Audio report also states that next generation AirPods may come with support for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). In that case, we expect Apple to have something important to offer with the next generation AirPods Pro to justify the “Pro” tag, as well as higher prices.

Coming to the charging case, it looks very similar to the AirPods Pro case with a rectangular body instead of a square one. There is a charging light on the front of the case, suggesting that it will support wireless charging.

There are rumors that Apple is preparing to launch a newly renewed line of audio products on the market. Recently, it was reported that third generation AirPods, as well as second generation AirPods, could be launched in early 2021.

Although the release dates have not yet been announced by the company, it is being reported that Apple may launch these new models of AirPods in the coming weeks.
