CBS is taking you back to 1993, a year after the events of The Silence of the Lambs, with the new sequential series “Clarice, ”Which will be sent to CBS and CBS All Access next week.
The series premieres in Thursday, February 11 at 10 / 9c, and CBS aired some TV commercials for the series during the Super Bowl tonight. Most notable is the official Super Bowl program commercial, entitled “Trying to Save the Lamb” and reminding us of Clarice Starling’s previous experience with screaming lambs. Rebecca Breeds (“Pretty Little Liars”) will star as Clarice Starling. The previously announced cast also includes Michael Cudlitz like Paul Krendler, Lucca de Oliveira like Tomas Esquivel, Kal Penn like Shaan Tripathi, Nick Sandow as Agent Clarke, Devyn Tyler like Ardelia Mapp and Marnee Carpenter Like The Silence of the Lambs Catherine Martin character.
