The cover manufacturer may have released the Sony Xperia 1 III and Xperia 10 III

Sony has an event planned for this month where it is likely to announce its next flagship, the Xperia 1 III, and its first 5G mid-ranger, the Xperia 10 III. The renderings for both have already been leaked, and their authenticity has now been corroborated by the box manufacturer Olixar (via GSM Arena)

The accessory maker has already started selling covers for Sony’s next smartphones. The listings on their websites show phones from various angles.

Sony Xperia 1 III display and design

Starting with the Xperia 1 III, it is likely to retain the top frame of its predecessor, instead of pulling it out into a notch or hole. But it is not all bad news, since it is expected that the device will have finer and proportional bezels than the current generation.

The new photos are also in line with rumors that the Xperia 1 III would have a 21: 9 screen. The panel appears to be flat and apparently 6.5 inches diagonally. According to rumors, it has a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The images also show a volume control button, an on / off key with a fingerprint reader, a dedicated shutter button and a new shortcut button, as seen on the Xperia PRO.

The phone will also have a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The USB-C port is at the bottom.

At the rear, we have a multi-camera array from the ZEISS brand with presumably the main sensor, an ultra-wide snapper, a periscope unit with at least 5x optical zoom and a 3D Time-of-Flight module.

The Xperia 1 III is also supposed to have a microSD card slot and two front speakers. The device is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.

Most of the other details, including prices, are still a mystery.

Xperia 10 III specifications and design

O The Xperia 10 III also looks a lot like its predecessor, but has finer and more uniform bezels. The phone apparently sports a 6-inch flat screen with 21: 9 aspect ratio.

It has a triple array of rear cameras, with supposedly a 12MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide unit and an 8MP telephoto sensor. The selfie camera is approximately 8 MP.

The Xperia 10 III also apparently maintains a side-mounted fingerprint reader and a headset and has two front stereo speakers.

According to a previous report, the phone has the one from last year Snapdragon 765G chipset under the hood, which will be paired with 6 GB of RAM.

At the end of the day, these are still unconfirmed renderings, and we’ll find out if they were genuine in April 14th.
