The Pennsylvania woman who was drugged, raped and found dead in a Miami Beach hotel room during spring break once warned of the dangers of predators – in a chilling online post in which she warned others: “Always go with your intestine “
Christine Englehardt, 24, of Richboro, placed the order almost two years before her body was found last week at the Albion Hotel in South Beach.
“This is a dangerous world now, unfortunately, and you never know what someone’s true intentions are,” she wrote on Facebook in July 2019.
In the post, Englehardt described a disturbing encounter in a race that led her to signal park workers about a suspicious vehicle.
“So if you ever feel insecure in any way or feel that something is not right, DO NOT hesitate to notify the police,” she wrote. “Always follow your instinct. Be alert to any suspicious person or car. “
Two North Carolina men, Evoire Collier, 21, and Dorian Taylor, 24, were accused of drugging Englehardt with a “green pill” before raping her and stealing her credit cards.
Police said surveillance footage captured Evoire and Taylor with Englehardt at their hotel.
She was later found dead and half-naked in her hotel room on Thursday, police said.
The police did not disclose the cause of death, although they are investigating whether the pill provided to her – which authorities suspect is the narcotic Percocet – caused an overdose.
