Surgeon who released Tessica Brown’s hair wants to sell ‘magic formula’

The plastic surgeon who freed Tessica Brown’s locks from the “Gorilla Glue girl” hopes that her “magic solution” can be established – and is “in negotiations” to make it commercially available.

Dr. Michael Obeng, 47, told TMZ that requests for surgery at his Beverly Hills business have “increased a hundredfold” since he saved the hair of his Louisiana mother, who was trapped for more than a month when she used Gorilla Glue after exhausting her usual spray.

He was also contacted by companies hoping to produce the secret formula he created to remove the dirt that contained it.

“We received a lot of questions,” he said of his “magic solution”.

“We are in negotiations … to enter the commercial market and make it available to anyone who has had Crazy Glue, Gorilla Glue or any type of adhesive glue that does not easily dissolve,” he told the outlet.

Even though these plans don’t work out, Obeng said the business is growing for his regular surgical work.

“We have received over 5,000 patient consultations in the past four days … we are not even equipped to go through so many people,” he said.

He is not the only one who hopes to profit from the complicated situation.

A five-year-old mother, Brown, 40, already has her own product line and has hired a celebrity management team to help make the most of her viral infamy.

Her original TikTok clip about the hair disaster – in which she admitted that using the glue was a “bad, bad, bad idea ”- was seen more than 36 million times until Wednesday.
