Shocking apology from teacher after alleging abuse against teenager

A married teacher denied having sex with a 15-year-old student, saying she was too short to perform the sexual acts she is accused of.

Metro reports that Kandice Barber, 35, from Wendover, Buckinghamshire in the United Kingdom, is accused of having sex with the teenager standing in a field and having sex with him in the forest, among other charges, heard the Court of Amersham.

Mrs. Barber denied the student’s claims, using his height as a reason why the incidents could not have occurred.

Her lawyer, Nadia Chbat, argued on Tuesday (local time) that at 152 cm tall Barber was so “tiny” that he reached only the teenager’s shoulders, making the logistics of the alleged sex impossible.

Married teacher Kandice Barber, 35, arrives at Aylesbury Crown Court, Buckinghamshire, where she is accused of engaging in illegal sexual activities with a 15-year-old boy.

The jury was informed that Mrs. Barber had already been convicted of sending a message to the boy with a video of her performing a sexual act on his bed.

Ms. Chbat told the plaintiff, now 18, that at the time of an incident in October 2018 he was already taller than Mrs. Barber.

“You told the police that you were after her. You pulled your clothes down.

“You accept that she is very tiny, she is only 152 cm, isn’t it, so you were taller than she was at the time, weren’t you?”

When reexamining, the boy told prosecutor Richard Milne that he bent his knees and crouched down to make the position possible.

Two of the alleged incidents occurred before the boy’s 16th birthday, and the other would have occurred later.

The court heard that on another occasion Mrs. Barber took them to the side of a busy main road so that the teenager could have sex with her. They then got out of the car and she did oral sex on him.

Mrs. Chbat questioned the boy, asking why they got out of the car.

“She is on top of you and you are having sex in the car. What was the need to get out of the car? ”Ms Chbat said.

“Instead, the decision was made to get out of the car and enter the wooded area.

“You two walk over to this wooded area and that’s when you lie down in the wooded area and say that she had oral sex on you.”

The boy told the court that they had to leave the car because his teacher had parked beside a busy main road near his home in Buckinghamshire.

Court showed text messages from teacher to student

On Monday (local time), a message was read to the court that showed that the defendant was sending a message to the boy while teaching him in the class that said: “You can’t make me blush when I’m teaching now, man. “

The court also heard that, as rumors about the relationship spread throughout the school, the boy was interviewed by the principal, but denied everything.

It was also alleged that Mrs. Barber told the boy that she was pregnant, calling him later to say that she had suffered a miscarriage.

Later, Ms. Barber admitted to the police that she had an ectopic pregnancy, which was “well known at school”. She said the unborn child was her husband’s child.

The jury heard allegations that the defendant had threatened to ‘overthrow the plaintiff’ if he denounced her.

The court heard that the boy said to the specialist police: “She told me she could be pregnant with my child and I started to panic. I lied to almost everyone except my friends.

“She said that if I were to report her, basically cover her, she would bring me down with her.

“I was like, are you going to accuse me of rape? She was like, ‘dot dot dot’. Obviously, I got angry and didn’t speak to her after that. “

The judgment continues.
