Is the PlayStation 5 selling well? Absurdly well in the United States, according to NPD data. “PS5 is a very close second (less than one percent) in US hardware unit sales, after four months on the market in the tracked history of NPD,” he wrote in Twitter. “Statistical boost”.
This is obviously an extremely impressive result when you consider that the PS5 costs more – the PS5 Digital Edition corresponds to the PS4’s price of $ 399.99, but the model including a disk drive sells for $ 499.99 – and was severely restricted during a pandemic. Obviously, the PS4 was also difficult to find near launch, but it had no coronavirus to contend with.
