Russian diplomats leave North Korea in a cart pushed by hand

Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs posted images on its Twitter account showing the country’s diplomats and family members leaving North Korea in a hand-drawn cart due to the travel restrictions of Pyongyang’s COVID-19.
