While there may be a next generation console in town, PlayStation fans are looking forward to the PS4 era – and what a generation it was! Reddit users have compiled a gigantic graph, which shows all the games physically published by Sony on the next-generation console – it’s an abundance of riches, we’re sure you’ll agree.
Not all games on this list were an instant classic – the in-patient, anyone? – but we figured it wouldn’t be too difficult for you to choose four or five titles that you loved. For us, God of War, Bloodborne, The Last of Us: Part II, Ghost of Tsushima and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End really stand out. If the PS5 can match that, then we are in for a surprise in the next five years.
The best news is that technically the platform owner is not over yet: sequences like Horizon Forbidden West are still scheduled for release on PS4, as well as on PS5. Is this one of the best console libraries of all time?
