Russian President Vladimir Putin was captured smiling in sheepskin and fur as part of a series of propaganda photos of recent holidays in Siberia – just days after President Biden referred to him as a “killer”.
The Kremlin also released pictures of Putin driving an off-road vehicle and enjoying a meal outdoors with his defense minister, Sergey Shoigu, on Sunday in the desert.
The cold photos are just the most recent images released by the Kremlin, which regularly tries to frame the Russian leader as a macho open-air man.
Other famous photos of visits to the region showed him on horseback, fishing with a pole and swimming in a butterfly stroke – all shirtless.
The latest photo dump comes after President Biden said he believed Putin is a “killer” and recalled a conversation in which he told the Russian leader that he does not believe he has a soul.
The Kremlin demanded that Biden apologize for his “murderous” comment, while Putin replied that “it takes one to know one”.

And this is not a coincidence, it is not just a childish saying or joke, ”said Putin. “We always see our own characteristics in other people and think that they are as we really are.
