Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are doing their best to embark on the New Year and relaunch the website of their non-profit organization, Archewell, with a personal touch.
To culminate the newly restored site, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared two childhood photos on the home page of the site and adorable is an understatement.
One image shows a young Prince Harry, now 36, sitting on the shoulders of his mother, Princess Diana, while the late King shows a radiant smile. The second photo is equally sweet and shows Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, kneeling next to her 39-year-old daughter – both smiling as Ragland grabs Markle, who is wearing a dress with wide shoulders and a thick white collar.
“I am my mother’s son. And I am the mother of our son. Together, we bring you Archewell, ”writes the couple in their“ Letter for 2021 ”on the website, which they initially launched in October.

“We believe in the best of humanity. Because we have seen the best of humanity. We experience compassion and kindness, both from our mothers and from strangers,” continues the letter. “In the face of fear, struggle and pain, it can be easy to lose sight of it. Together, we can choose to put compassion into action.
“We invite you to join us as we work to build a better world, one act of compassion at a time,” the pair concludes the letter with their signatures – “Harry and Meghan.”

The newly reconfigured website debuted days after Markle and Harry released their first Archewell Audio podcast episode on Spotify. The duo made their foray into podcasting sharing a cameo from their 1-year-old son, Archie.
The name of the royal young man and his parents’ nonprofit organization is derived from the Greek word ‘arche’, which means “source of action”, and the couple said in a statement shortly after leaving as the oldest members of the royal family.

“We connected with this concept for the charitable organization that we hoped to build one day, and it became the inspiration for our son’s name,” they wrote.
“To do something meaningful, to do something important. Archewell is a name that combines an old word for strength and action and another that evokes the deep resources that each of us must draw upon. We look forward to launching Archewell when the time is right. . “
