Philadelphia Police Arrest 2 in Murder of Temple U Grad, 25, Walking His Dog

Philadelphia police said they had arrested two suspects in connection with the shooting death Wednesday night of a 25-year-old Temple University graduate who was walking his dog near his home.

Police said the suspects were seen in a surveillance video addressing victim Milan Loncar and reaching into his pocket before shooting him in the chest in the Brewerytown neighborhood, according to FOX 29 in Philadelphia.

Her rescue puppy stayed with her until help arrived, her family told the station. Loncar later died in a hospital.

“Everyone who knew him knows that he was the best person on this planet,” his sister Jelena Loncar told the station.
