Football star Patrick Mahomes and fiancee Brittany Lynne Matthews are the perfect couple in their new pregnancy photo shoot.
Over the weekend, the future mom shared a series of snapshots on Instagram that have a dreamy and glamorous aesthetic. In them, she is wearing a stunning tulle dress with ruffles from head to toe, while the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback wears a dark gray suit with an open collar.
“Meu Rei🤴🏽👸🏼”, she captions the first set of photos with a blue background.
In the next set of photos, Matthews is alone in front of a pink background and is all smiles as he shows his baby tummy. “Ready to meet you, little girl 💕”, she wrote.
Fans in the comments were quick to point out that Matthews’ elaborate look had period vibes, reminiscent of a particular Netflix record show.

Other fans praised the couple for the happiness they appear in the images.
“It’s the way he looks at you at me, I love it,” wrote one.
“I need to find someone who looks at me like Patrick looks at you,” added another.
High school sweethearts, who are expecting their first child together, have had some exciting months. The couple became engaged in September and, less than a month later, announced Matthews’ pregnancy. She shared a photo of her and her fiance hugging each other while she held an ultrasound scan.
“Mom and Dad, making a little detour to the wedding,” she wrote in the caption.
In October, the couple revealed that they were expecting a daughter.
The NFL star talked about becoming a father on the Kansas City radio show “The Drive” in December.
