Olivia Wilde has all the accolades for new boyfriend Harry Styles.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the actress, 36, shared a black and white photo of her boyfriend and “Don’t Worry Darling” star Harry Styles, 27, along with an extensive tribute to her selflessness.
“Little-known fact: most male actors don’t want to play supporting roles in films led by women,” Wilde, who is directing the film, prefaced the post. “The industry has made them believe that their power (ie, financial value) to accept these roles has diminished, which is one of the reasons why it is so difficult to get funding for films focusing on women’s stories.

Styles stars alongside Florence Pugh, whom Wilde also praised, in the psychological thriller “Don’t Worry Darling”, which revolves around an unhappy housewife in the 1950s who eventually comes across a dark secret about her husband.
In a November interview with Vogue, Wilde described himself as doing a “victory dance” when he learned that Styles would make the film. Styles replaced actor Shia LaBeouf.

Styles and Wilde became romantically linked shortly after the news in November that Wilde had separated from fiance Jason Sudeikis in early 2020. Sudeikis, 45, and Wilde were engaged for seven years and have two children.
Rumors of a romance emerged in early January, when Wilde and Styles were seen holding hands at a wedding, which had only 16 people present.
A source told People magazine at the time that the pair were “affectionate with their friends, held hands and looked very happy. They dated for a few weeks.”
