Olivia Jade Giannulli is trying to return to her YouTube career.
The 21-year-old daughter – whose parents Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli pleaded guilty to their involvement in the college admission scandal – returned to the video content platform with a new message to her followers on Thursday.
“This is so crazy! Welcome back to my YouTube channel,” Jade started. “I’m very excited because I obviously haven’t filmed in a long time and I’m very grateful to be back on YouTube and I’m very excited for you to watch this video.”
“I wanted to film this little intro part just because I didn’t want to, like, just start the vlog and I didn’t cover anything,” she explained. “Obviously I did my ‘Red Table Talk’ interview and I think if you have any questions for me or have anything to say or like, ‘Why did you come back?’ you can go and watch this interview. I think I kind of revealed what I felt I needed to say there. “

Jade was known on YouTube for creating makeup tutorials and is trying to restart her career with new daily vlogs about life in her new apartment in Los Angeles.

After a few minutes on the vlog, Jade made a note from the editor to clarify something she said.

Meanwhile, Loughlin, 56, was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California, on December 28, while Giannulli, 57, is serving a five-month sentence in a facility in Lompoc, California.
In August, Loughlin and Giannulli pleaded guilty to charges stemming from payments of $ 500,000 to scheme mentor William “Rick” Singer to get their daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Giannulli, to be recruited for the crew of the University of the South from California. In his plea bargain, Loughlin agreed to serve two months in prison and pay a $ 150,000 fine, along with two years of supervised release and 100 hours of community service. Giannulli, meanwhile, was ordered to pay a $ 250,000 fine with two years of supervised freedom and 250 hours of community service, in addition to a five-month prison term.
