Ohio State arrives in Miami before the final championship clash on Monday night with the crimson tide

The Buckeyes have arrived.

It was an interesting season, but the 2020 college football champions will be crowned Monday night. The Buckeyes officially arrived in Miami before the championship clash with Alabama, which is at the top of the ranking.

Nick Saban and Tide are sitting 12-0 this season and are fresh from a 31-14 win in the semifinal over Notre Dame. The Buckeyes 7-0 are looking for their first championship since 2014, when Urban Meyer overcame Saban in the semifinals before defeating Oregon. Alabama arrived on Friday and is listed as an eight-point favorite for Monday’s clash.

It seems that at least one player who was removed from the Sugar Bowl made the trip.

The state of Ohio will release its status report on Monday night. The two teams are set to start shortly after 8 pm Eastern Time at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium.
