North West received a personal invitation from the Bob Ross Experience team, thanks to his recent landscape painting.
According to a TMZ report filed on Monday, Sarah Strohl – an executive assistant at Rob Ross Inc. – said the team was “thrilled” when they saw North’s painting, which drew widespread comparisons with the artist and show host. Joy of Painting. As a result, North has now been invited to visit the Bob Ross Experience museum in Muncie, Indiana.
The invitation includes the chance to see a collection of Ross’s paintings up close, as well as a special class focused on the painter’s revered wet-to-wet painting technique with a certified instructor. According to Monday’s report, Norte has not yet been confirmed to accept this invitation.
The Bob Ross Experience presents a remodeled version of Ross’ former studio, that is, where he filmed the Joy of painting series, and was designed to act as a space where the message of promoting the creativity of the painting icon can flourish for a new generation.
As previously reported, some were quick to question North’s painting (seen above) after his mother Kim Kardashian shared a photo of her on Instagram. The TikTok user @camrynfred, however, came to the defense of Kardashians.
“[My mother has] art teacher for 30 years and everyone who goes through their classes goes through this same painting when they are starting, ”explained @camrynfred, who said his mother was a teacher from North and others, in a brief video.
Kim also later responded to those who questioned the painting, urging them to “stop being ashamed of negativity and allow each child to be GREAT”.
