North West oil painting arouses hilarious memes on Twitter

The memeification of North West oil painting is well underway.

While Kim Kardashian West goes out of her way to defend the oil painting of her seven-year-old daughter, North West, from online critics, who question whether a child could realistically paint such a realistic landscape, Twitter weighed in – with memes.

“North West painted that perdiotdddddabcdefgzfdt,” tweeted a user next to the cover of the second studio album by New Zealand singer Lorde, “Melodrama”.

Another user went so far in Photoshop, the art of “Melodrama” in the image that Kardashian, 40, posted on his firstborn’s Instagram.

“I don’t believe that the Northwest painted that. she is so talented! ” tweeted another, alongside the painting “Bold and impetuous”, the character Lula Molusco of “Bob Esponja Panties Square” created in an episode of the children’s animation program.

“Some other masterpieces from the Northwest,” says one tweet presenting North West separately featuring Mona Lisa and Georges Seurat, “A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte”

More self-deprecating Tweets compare North West’s drawings to the most commonly expected art of seven-year-olds.

“North West’s Art at Age 7 vs My Art at Age 7,” a user I wrote next to the original Northwest scene and a large letter S.

In response to the controversy, Kardashian informed the haters that West was enrolled in an art class in which young participants create works of art for a period of weeks.

“My daughter and her best friend are taking serious oil painting classes, where their talents and creativity are being encouraged and nurtured,” said Kardashian in an Instagram story. “North worked hard on his painting, which took several weeks to complete,” she continued. “As a proud mother, I wanted to share her work with everyone. I’m seeing opinion articles in the media and on adult social networks breaking whether my son really painted it or not, ”she continued, alluding to the popular theory that the work was actually a painting by Bob Ross. “How dare you see children doing amazing things and then try to accuse them of NOT being amazing!?!?!”
