Nick Jonas’ presenter debut on “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend has become something of a family affair.
On Saturday, the 28-year-old singer joined his older brother Kevin Jonas during the opening monologue, where the future of the Jonas Brothers was brought to light.
“Hey, Nick, honestly, I’m so excited to be here to support you, and also, I have to ask, we’re fine, because I see that you’re doing a lot of solo stuff,” said Kevin, 33, during the exchange. “Are we still a band?”
Nick – who will release his third solo album, “Spaceman”, in March – replied: “Sure”.
“Are you sure, because I just bought a house,” replied Kevin.
“Kevin, the band is still together, I promise,” said Nick.
Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas, 31, form the Jonas Brothers, who released their latest album, “Happiness Begins”, in 2019. The band broke up six years earlier.
Nick, who is married to actress Priyanka Chopra, 38, also served as a musical guest on Saturday’s episode and sang the songs “Spaceman” and “This Is Heaven”.
