Next 3 DLC characters from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate possibly leaked

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s the next three DLC characters were possibly revealed from the most unlikely source. Last week, Nintendo surprised Switch and Switch Lite players by revealing that Final Fantasy villain Sephiroth was coming to the Fighters Pass Volume 2 DLC. Moving on to last night, the character is now in the Switch and Switch Lite game, leaving three more DLC fighters left. At the time of publication, Nintendo said nothing about who these three characters could be, and rumors are also sparse.

That said, earlier this year, in a message board post asking for Fighters Pass Volume 2 predictions, an anonymous user wrote the following six characters: Min-Min, Steve, Sephiroth, Doomguy, Ryu Hayabusa and Rayman. As you can see, so far, the anonymous user has predicted all of the Fighters Pass Volume 2 DLC characters so far. Of course, this can be an extremely lucky guess, but there is also a chance that this anonymous user is not just guessing when they share this list, or at least this is speculation circulating within the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate community.

Again, it’s not impossible, this is just a lucky guess, it’s extremely unlikely for obvious reasons, but also because no one was guessing Sephiroth because Cloud is already in the game and because Final fantasy is not a Nintendo series, it was assumed Final fantasy he would never have a second character, at least not anytime soon. Meanwhile, Min Min is another character that no one expected.

For now, it is impossible to know whether this is simply the luckiest guess in the world or genuine internal information. We will probably get an answer when the next DLC character is revealed, but now, it is unclear when it will happen. That said, if this isn’t just a lucky guess, it means that Doomguy, Rayman or Ryu Hayabusa will come next.

At the time of publication, Nintendo did not comment on this speculation that is circulating, and it is unlikely to do so. However, if that happens, we will be sure to update the story with what is provided.
