Miley Cyrus recently mourned the loss of her beloved dog Mary Jane.
But the Grammy nominee recently welcomed a new love into her life by expanding her furry family.
She shed tears of happiness on Sunday when she introduced her new pit bull, pit bull rescue angel, to her 124 million followers on Instagram, a month after saying goodbye to Mary Jane.

The 28-year-old wrote: ‘Almost two months ago, my best friend, a rescued pit mix, Mary Jane, left this world. I knew that she hadn’t died forever.
‘She had gotten over the body she was in, but she never said goodbye … with her eyes, she whispered “See you later, Bestie”. Mary Jane defined loyalty and would never break a promise. ‘
She added: ‘I feel her here with me blessing this new member of my family who is called’ Angel ‘because she was delivered to me by a … My Mary.
‘It breaks my heart to know that Angel was sleeping on the concrete in a shelter for 3 months before I finally got home.’
