Meghan and Prince Harry released a family Christmas card with their 19-month-old son son Archie in his first public image in months.
On the card, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex focus their attention on a light-haired Archie while the family is surrounded by their two dogs, a miniature house and lush vegetation. A small Christmas tree decorated with a red bow is placed nearby.
“I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,” says the card.
“This year, we, as a family, made donations to various charities thinking of you,” Meghan said on the card. “From a local California organization that helps families transition from homelessness to two of our sponsors in the UK: one that supports animal and community welfare and the other, a memorial fund for a dear friend who helps to educate children and fight poverty in Uganda, we honor their work on behalf of all of us. ”
Mayhew CEO Caroline Yates said the organization was delighted to have Markle as its patron.
“We are especially honored to have recently received a personal donation from the Duke and Duchess, which will allow us to help even more cats, dogs and pet owners in need in this difficult winter period,” wrote Yates.
