When he’s not busy handing out roses at The Bachelor, Matt Tyler struggles to maintain his fitness.

And the reality show star put her sharp body on display at the gym while in Florida on Sunday.

Showing his appreciation for Prince Fresco of Bel-Air, Matt, 29, wore a blue Bel-Air Academy shirt for the tour.

The Bachelor joined the sports shirt with a pair of blue sneakers and cut black pants.

Adding another cool touch to the look was a rustic red cap, along with a couple of cool shades.

Matt was the image of relaxation when going out with friends in the parking lot, where he had lunch sitting in the back of a truck.

The atmosphere was certainly a far cry from the luxurious Nemacolin resort, where viewers have been watching Matt in his search for love.

Matt is currently looking for his only one on The Bachelor, separating a group of dozens of women for his possible future wife.

The reality show star, who gained prominence as a Bachelor through his good friend Tyler, became the first Black Bachelor in the show’s history after the series was criticized for lack of diversity of competitors.

Matt’s season of The Bachelor has not lacked drama since it debuted earlier this month, but yesterday’s episode proved to be particularly interesting after five new women were added as contestants.

The arrival of the five new women irritated the remaining women who had been meeting Matt for a few weeks and developed feelings for him.
