Representative Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., Resisted Republican colleague Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, on Wednesday after Congressman Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., Deputy for her, the highest-ranking woman in the house vote to oust President Trump.
“With all due respect to Rep. Crenshaw, this is a minority view within the minority party,” Gaetz tweeted to Crenshaw.
Crenshaw said earlier that Cheney had “a lot more backbone than most” and called her a “principle leader”.
Cheney and nine other House Republicans voted along with Democrats to impeach Trump on Wednesday for “inciting insurrection” after a crowd of his supporters broke into the Capitol on January 6 in an unsuccessful attempt to prevent certification of victory President-elect Joe Biden at the electoral college on the president.

CRENSHAW RETURNED TO CHENEY AFTER CALLING HIS OUSTER FROM THE HOME GOP LEADERSHIP POSITION
Cheney, the most senior member of the Republican Party House to vote for impeachment, faced appeals from a handful of Republican colleagues to resign from her leadership role due to the vote.
The Wyoming Congresswoman, who wrote on Tuesday “There has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States in his office and his oath to the Constitution,” rejected requests for resignation.

“I’m not going anywhere,” she told a reporter. “This is a vote of conscience. It is one in which there are different points of view in our conference.”
Gaetz and Crenshaw employees did not immediately respond to an e-mail from Fox News.
