As we reported … Mossimo surrendered on November 19 to serve his prison sentence for the college bribery scandal. He shaved his head for the occasion, giving himself a harder look.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, Mossimo says that his time in solitary confinement is making his incarceration much more extreme than he should and justifies an alternative option of confinement at home.
He says that being confined to a small cell 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with only three 20-minute breaks a week, is taking a mental, physical and emotional toll.
Lori is already home after serving almost 2 months behind bars, and Mossimo says he won’t bring COVID back with him if he wakes up early – he says the test was negative at least 10 times.
