Lori Loughlinhusband of, Mossimo Giannulli, got out of prison earlier when the dust settled in the college admission scandal – the only question now … is he at home or is he holed up in a retirement home?
Federal prison records show that Mossimo is, in fact, now “located” in a facility called RRM Long Beach – which is a residential reentry management field office that oversees inmates in transition back to public life.
RRMLB itself does NOT appear to be a recovery house, but it regulates prisoners who stay in recovery houses. It is also where inmates released for home confinement need to check in routinely until the date of their actual release – according to our law enforcement sources. In the case of Mossimo, this will not be until April 17. In other words, this place is literally just an office … not where it will be.
So that adds to the problem … if Mossimo is no longer behind bars, where the hell is he? It is possible that he is in a nearby recovery home until the deadline – it is also possible that he was sent home to serve the remaining days of his 5-month sentence.
Remember, Mossimo was serving his sentence at FCI Lompoc, which is just outside Santa Barbara – about a two-hour drive north of Los Angeles. He registered in November, boasting a new bald look – who had all the marks of a tough guy going to the pokey.
MG received the harshest sentence between him and Lori for his roles in the admission scheme – having paid Rick Singer more than $ 500,000 to help get his daughters to the USC … under elaborate and false pretenses, of course. After initially pleading not guilty, the couple eventually relented … and negotiated a court settlement as pressure from prosecutors increased.
Lori ended up staying just a few months behind bars and spent most of that time … being released in December, just 2 days before its official release date. Mossimo, however, had three more months on top of that, and has dealt with COVID / lonely issues.

Do you remember … Lori was brought home in a jet – but we didn’t expect Mossimo to receive the same treatment. He’s in LA County, and it wouldn’t make much sense to take him back to his home in Hidden Hills. Lori was coming from the Bay Area, so flying with her (private, no less) was definitely the move.
Still, nothing says “Daddy’s house!” like wheels up, we assume.
