Lori Loughlin’s husband Mossimo Giannulli is not getting any special treatment behind bars

Mossimo Gianulli is not making the most of his time in prison, but that will not change a judge’s opinion. Gianulli did what he could recently to convince the court that he should serve the rest of his time at home after the first two months of his sentence were spent in solitary confinement due to COVID-19’s quarantine procedures. He felt so strongly about an early release from prison that he took emergency action in mid-January to defend his case. But the judge in your case is ensuring that the stylist is serving his full sentence – which in the beginning is just five months.

The judge finally decided on Gianulli’s motion and concluded that there was “no extraordinary or compelling reason” to allow him to spend the rest of his time at home, according to Page Six. Gianulli has already left solitary confinement and lives with the prison population in general. And, like his fellow prisoners, he is not receiving any special treatment during his time behind bars.
