Little-known feature of iPhone allows you to capture the screen of an entire web page instead of a small part
- The relatively unknown feature allows you to take screenshots of complete articles
- By selecting ‘full page’ after taking screenshot, users can save an entire article
- After being discovered, you can capture the screen by touching the back
An iPhone feature that allows you to take a screenshot of an entire Safari page at once has been shared on TikTok.
The trick is so simple that many iPhone say they feel ‘ashamed’ for never having encountered it before.
To take a screenshot of an entire page, including a comment, recipe or article topic, simply open the link in Safari and take a screenshot of the top of the chosen article.

Then open the screenshot by clicking on the small image on the left.
This will open the page where the image can be edited, at the top it will say ‘Screen’ and ‘Full page’.
Select ‘Full page’ and the entire page will be available, with an overview showing the length on the right side.
You can then edit, cut and mark the page before saving it as a PDF on your phone.
The screen capture hack ‘works on any Apple device, but only on Safari’, according to a helpful technical assistant.
‘What! Don’t I need to take a screenshot 200 times to get the entire article? Thank you very much!’ a woman wrote.

The entire article, or search page, can be viewed on the right side as soon as you select ‘Full page’ in the screen capture editing function
“I let out an audible sigh when I realized what was going on here,” said another person after watching the video.
A recent iPhone hack showed how to take a screenshot by tapping the back of the iPhone instead of using the side buttons.
The little-known hack involves changing settings to allow screenshots to be taken quickly with a simple double tap on the back of the phone.
But the configuration is only available on iPhone X and higher with iOS 14.
The feature was revealed on Facebook and TikTok, where thousands raved about the new discovery.
To activate the feature, click ‘accessibility’ in the settings, followed by ‘tap’ before turning on the ‘tap back’ button.
After selecting the double or triple tap, click on the ‘screen capture’ option to complete the activation.
