Fortnite is adding another crossover to Season 5, this time incorporating the popular party game, Fall Guys.
Fortnite Season 5 was the season of crossovers, with video game franchises like Halo and God of War joining the mix.
We knew that other video games would profit from Fortnite advertising as well, but we weren’t sure which ones. Fans have speculated on possible crosses with Tomb Raider and Samus, but nothing has been confirmed on that front.
According to a leak, however, the next video game icon that could come to Fortnite comes from the arcade battle royale, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout.
Fall Guys is a real battle party game that gained a large following in 2020. Streamers dedicated weeks to the game, and Twitch even organized a few Twitch Rivals tournaments around it.
Few things in streaming history compare to TimTheTatMan’s battle to get his first win at Fall Guys. Tim himself acknowledged that his first victory became part of the history of the games, for better or for worse.
Since then, Fall Guys has fallen in popularity, with many streamers and players switching to Between Us and other similar games. Recently, however, Fall Guys has been adding new content and collaborating with community creators to bring new skins to the game.
Now, it looks like Fall Guys will bring skins from the Fortnite world to the game. According to the data miner @FNLeaksAndInfo, Fall Guys is working with Epic to bring Peely, Cuddle Team Leader, Bunny Brawler and other popular Fortnite skins into the game.
We don’t know when that event will start, but FNLeaksAndInfo suggested that it may be arriving in time for Easter, as Bunny Brawler is reportedly one of the crossover skins.
For now, we don’t know if Epic will bring any of the fall guys’ jelly beans to Fortnite. It may be that the files that some players have connected to the FNAF may be part of the Fall Guys crossover.
