Lady Gaga’s dogwalker posts the first photo of the hospital bed after the attack: ‘I had a very difficult connection with death’

Lady Gaga’s dogwalker, Ryan Fischer, posted images of the hospital on Instagram saying he “had a very difficult connection with death” after being shot when two of the star’s three dogs were kidnapped.

Fischer said that “an angel trotted and lay down beside me”, as blood dripped from his gunshot wound. He said his “panic screams” were calmed when he looked at Asia, one of Lady Gaga’s French bulldogs.

He added that he packed the dog as best he could “thanked her for all the incredible adventures we had together, apologized for not being able to defend her brothers and then decided that she would still try to save them … and myself ”.

Mr. Fischer wrote that he smiled at the “shaky form” of his “guardian angel” Asia and that he was hopeful that his “calm (ish) and energetic pleas for the urgency of my care, as well as the focused descriptions of the dogs they would be enough to help me and call the attention of the police and the media to find the boys ”, referring to the other two dogs that were taken, but that have already been returned.

Fischer added that life had taken “a very sudden and unexpected turn” when neighbors left their homes and restaurantgoers came to see what had happened.

Writing that he had “a very difficult situation with death”, Fischer said he is still recovering. He added that he stayed away from the media stories “mostly, I mean, I’m human”.

He wrote that he was very grateful “for all the love I feel on this planet”, calling his emotions “immense and intense”.

He added: “I felt your healing support! Thanks. I am humbled and grateful that the police’s attention and focus were sufficient to bring Koji and Gustav back to safety, and I know that they are committed to bringing these criminals and homicide-takers to justice. I am very grateful for everything you continue to do.

“To all my friends and family who cried with me and maybe even laughed at one or two of my morbid jokes beside me or on the screen: I love you.”

He wrote that the images and videos sent by his dogs’ clients “worked miracles” to keep him excited.

He wrote: “Seeing their faces light up when you said my name motivates me to keep pushing so I can play with them and see you again soon.”

He thanked the first respondents and health professionals for saving his life and tagged Lady Gaga in the caption, telling her: “Your babies are back and the family is whole … we made it! You have shown a lot of support throughout this crisis for both me and my family … I love you and thank you. “

Fischer was shot on Wednesday night while walking Lady Gaga’s French bulldogs while she was filming in Rome. According to the LAPD, “The suspects approached the victim in a white Nissan Altima. Two suspects got out of the vehicle and demanded that the victim hand over the dogs at gunpoint. ”

The dogs were taken to a Los Angeles police station on Friday night around 6 pm, The New York Times reported.

“Dogs are returned safely,” said police spokesman Mike Lopez.

Captain Jonathan Tippet told the Associated Press that the woman who brought the dogs to the police station appeared to be “uninvolved and unassociated”. Her identity and the location where she found the dogs will not be disclosed for her safety and to protect the integrity of the investigation.
